Smile.exe is a Screamer game made by Kayke on February 8th, 2015.

The game starts with the title screen with a pink background with the My Little Pony theme song playing, followed by the My Little Pony logo, Pinkie Pie and her cutie mark as well. In the game, you control Pinkie Pie with the left and right arrow keys, while the Smile song plays in the background, while collecting cutie marks that increases your score, however, when reaching Princess Celestia, she'll say “Go Back Pinkie, you missed one” and trying to pick up the last cutie mark, the image of Ponyville will be turned into photonegative, as she turns into Pinkamena Pie.

The gameplay will be the same but with dead pony carcasses of Twilight, Apple Jack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Rarity, with their heads decapitated with blood on them, so does the spikes in the foreground. As she reaches to Celestia one more time, she'll say “Leave now Pinkie Pie, you are not welcome here”. When Pinkie leaves, a dead corpse of Celestia will be shown, with her head and body mutilated with her eyes bleeding, and the text “Just smile” appears.

But after a few seconds, Pinkie's face changes to a dark red with her mane and tail being in the color of blood red with empty black eyes, the mouth of Smile Dog and accompanied with a loud scream for a few seconds. Princess Luna will then appear with black eyes with red pupils as she comes close to see Pinkie, as she speaks her name, and kills her while it fades to black, then the game closes.
