I put it through Talk to Transformer and this is what I got:

The video gets about 30,000 plays on YouTube on Thursday; the rest of the top 100 at the time of the writing of this are at about 1,100.

"I made this video to entertain myself," he told The Daily Dot. His website, runtecheese.com, is dedicated to "creating and sharing humorous internet content" and has garnered over 1 million hits. He also has an online store dedicated to the items sold.

I got this: Asian Dick Cheese or known as Smegma Makes Her Gag is one of shock videos at Runthegaunlet.org. The video features a news segment from Japan where a live show is promoting the sale of cheese that turns white if touched by a man. Although it has attracted much attention over social media, the source of the problem remains unknown. The video went viral last week and although it may be taken lightly, many women are utterly disgusted by the concept of eating Smegma for all the wrong reasons.

The reaction to this video has been mixed with most women saying they do not have a problem with it.

The video depicts an Asian woman licking the smegma off a man's penis for approximately 2 minutes, in which the man has a lot, sometimes she gags a little bit in the process of struggling to lick it off, The woman in the video is disheveled looking, well I can only assume this is because her hand is around a penis that is oozing smegma and whatnot.

The Asian woman speaks no English, which makes the video a lot more interesting.

All I remembered about this video was that there was some backstory about the woman paying the man back with a sexual favor, only to find out the dude has horrible hygiene. Not even sure I'm remembering right, though.

It's the secretion the penis generates to keep the glans moist. It supposedly helps by acting as a sort of "natural lubricant". It is a bit ironic, given how the first thing any man with a sense of personal hygiene does is get rid of it, especially if he's about to lay down with anyone.
