*2 points: Strange yellow squares flash in the background.
The player controls the paddle using arrow keys to move up and down. The goal is to compete against the computer bot and reach 10 points to win. When the game began, will have a score at the top center, it will increase when the player hits the ball on the enemy's border, sometimes, it will evoke a screamer along with loud screech, and also commonly cheat to make the paddle bigger besides shrinking the player's paddle.
*4 points: A creepy clown flashes briefly, accompanied by a laugh. The computer-controlled paddle palette becomes twice as large as normal.
*6 points: An edited image of a girl that might induce trypophobia appears. The background and paddle turn red and the ball becomes a skull.
*7 points: A red-filtered image of an eye with a mouth edited in as the pupil appears. The screen starts shaking, making it harder to play.
*9 points: A picture of a bloody severed mouth appears. Nothing else happens, but the computer-controlled paddle can now predict where the ball is going.

At 6 points, the game will change the background to a red concrete texture. Alongside a ball being changed to a skull, more stuff happening at reaching 8 points, which is the camera moves in angle. To assure that you’re inside a rectangular box, after you reach the goal, an array of scary pictures appears along with a loud screech, will show a credit scrolling up afterward, then leads back to a start menu.
When players score 10 points, a flurry of screamer pictures appears, including a fan art of wide-mouthed [[wikipedia:Donald Duck|Donald Duck]], a face-swapped image of a person and a kitten, the same images from the gameplay, a man with no eyes and a wide mouth from Dane Boe's video, and Large Marge from ''[[wikipedia:Pee-wee's Big Adventure|Pee-wee's Big Adventure]]''. An echoing scream accompanies these images as the game cuts to a black screen, followed by the credits.

Pong.EXE is a screamer game that draws inspiration from the classic 1970s video game Pong, created by RobBoberty in 2015. In this game, players compete against a computer-controlled paddle on the right side of the screen. The objective is to score 10 points before the computer wins. Players can control the paddle using arrow keys or a cursor that moves the paddle automatically in the direction of the cursor.

As players progress through the game, each time they score a goal, something strange happens in the background:

  • 2 points: Strange yellow squares flash in the background.
  • 4 points: A creepy clown flashes briefly, accompanied by a laugh. The computer-controlled paddle palette becomes twice as large as normal.
  • 6 points: An edited image of a girl that might induce trypophobia appears. The background and paddle turn red and the ball becomes a skull.
  • 7 points: A red-filtered image of an eye with a mouth edited in as the pupil appears. The screen starts shaking, making it harder to play.
  • 9 points: A picture of a bloody severed mouth appears. Nothing else happens, but the computer-controlled paddle can now predict where the ball is going.

When players score 10 points, a flurry of screamer pictures appears, including a fan art of wide-mouthed Donald Duck, a face-swapped image of a person and a kitten, the same images from the gameplay, a man with no eyes and a wide mouth from Dane Boe's video, and Large Marge from Pee-wee's Big Adventure. An echoing scream accompanies these images as the game cuts to a black screen, followed by the credits.

There's also a "Kid Mode" difficulty within the game. In this version, all screamers are replaced with cats and the following happens:

  • 2 points: Purring can be heard in the background.
  • 4 points: The purring gets louder.
  • 6 points: The screen starts to shake
  • 8 points: The screen starts to shake harder.

When players score 10 points in this mode, a slideshow of cats is heard, along with meows.
