Old Woman's Eye Socket teeming with Maggots is a shock video presented at Level 14 on runthegauntlet.org. The video can also be seen in Most Disturbed Person On Planet Earth 2.
In the 43-second video, we see an elderly woman lying on the operating table in the hospital. Her entire eye socket is crawling with maggots. The doctor takes the larvae out of the woman's eye with forceps, the woman apparently cannot speak, as she tried to say something, but she did not succeed. The woman herself is dirty, in some kind of incomprehensible black mud. After the doctor has taken out a couple of parasites, he finishes the video. Possibly, the operation continued after this video.
