The GIF starts with a young girl with a ponytail wearing a blue swimsuit, sitting on a machine with a big square trap behind her with 4 circles placed in the edges, and a small cube with a red circle behind it with electrical wires attached on the bottom surface area, the cube is seen facing towards the girl, after a few seconds, the cube then controls itself very slowly, moving down then left, and shoots a laser once, startling the young girl.
The video/GIF shows a young girl wearing her blue swimsuit standing in a machine. The machine then shoots a laser, startling the girl. The girl ducks, trying to avoid the lasers, but is then picked up by force from the machine. The girl is then cut by the machine's lasers, removing her swimsuit in the process, and forcefully dragged out of her skin. The GIF then ends with her vomiting and dying.
 
The gif is, as the name implies, part of a series by the artist depicting “unfortunate girls” dying in horrific ways; however, none of the others have reached anywhere near the infamy of ''03'', perhaps because they are not quite as gruesome or elaborate as the third one.

The video/GIF shows a young girl wearing her blue swimsuit standing in a machine. The machine then shoots a laser, startling the girl. The girl ducks, trying to avoid the lasers, but is then picked up by force from the machine.
