The video/GIF shows a young girl wearing her blue swimsuit sitting in a machine. The machine then shoots a laser, startling the young girl. The girl ducks, trying to avoid the lasers, but is then picked up by force from the machine. The machine then cuts her swimsuit off. The girl is then cut by the machine's lasers, naked, and forcefully dragged out of her skin. Then, the GIF then ends with her vomiting and dying.

I'm surprised this thing is more than a decade old. It's also well known on the Chinese internet, and is often associated with a forum section called ‘合战避难所吧（Nuclear War Refuge）’ (which, despite the name, is mainly a discussion forum about gore anime).
