Anne.jpg was a screamer webpage. The purpose of it was to mislead the user, disguising itself as a .jpg file. It was originally located on the website akk.li as a file directory, created by Xenox sometime between 2011-2012.

The Akk.li website had Anne.jpg featured as a file directory in April 2012, which contained a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer, accompanied by an incredibly loud scream. Before the scream plays, the image quickly zooms in and flashed repeatedly from regular to negative colors. The original page also contained text stating "This site will not harm your computer and doesn't contains[sic] malware!", with a link to the creator's Facebook page. This version was spammed for a long time in /b/ on 4chan, since "Topkek" is a 4chan meme[3] and its purpose is to lure people in, making them think the website is associated with Topkek in some way.
