Personal Nightmare is a horror adventure game developed by Horror Soft for the Amiga, Atari ST, and MS-DOS users sometimes in 1989. It was released digitally by Adventure Soft in July 2009 on GOG. The game features a screamer in the intro.
Main Plotline
The game focuses on a town where the Devil has invaded, and the player has four days to eliminate all possessed citizens and finally purge the evil by defeating the Devil himself before he can take over.
Screamer
In the intro, a priest is at an altar, playing a loop of 5 notes on a piano. Lightning starts striking soon after, and eventually it strikes him, leading Satan to rise from the ground. This sequence lasts approximately 40 seconds, until Satan's face appears on the screen with a long scream (in the Amiga version).
