This cup of coffee doesn't spill... is a bait-and-switch screamer video created by and released to X by @1thGrader on December 17, 2023. The video itself is a modified version of this video, which is of a guinea pig which keeps running back into the pictured coffee mug.
In 1thGrader's edit, right after the person holding the cup is about to drop the guinea pig, Regan MacNeil pops up with her usual scream for the remainder of the video. The video itself is 20 seconds long in order to mirror the unedited version.
