The ad takes place in a city at night, where a lone baby carriage rests, with a baby's face on it. After the music builds up, a close-up shows that the face is moving to synthesized heartbeats. Trivia
- As mentioned in the close-up of the baby's face, the face is also made with aluminum foil.
- The bumper is somewhat similar in spirit to The Dawn Is Your Enemy, another infamously creepy bumper that aired on the adult animation block of a family-friendly channel.
