The video begins with the original Kikia scene, until the 12-second mark when an array of screamer images appear along with a super loud scream, including, but not limited to:

- Crazy Ghost.
- An inverted image of Daniel Fowler from Jingle Bells Reversed.
- The K-fee zombie.
- Regan MacNeil and Pazuzu from The Exorcist.
- A demon from the 1985 Italian horror movie Demons.
- A grayscaled image of a mummy without its wrappings. (This and the above come from Subliminal Music and Images).
