As the title suggests, the video focuses on a black and white spiral and the viewer was asked to look at it, but not long after, after 10 seconds, a picture of Pennywise from the 1990 miniseries It appears along with the same scream from Scary Tic-Tac-Toe, which is then followed by the text: "Ha ha! LOL!!".
A sequel and a prequel were also made by the same creator, one lasting 15 seconds and the other lasting 20 seconds.
