There is an article on the website explaining that the video was meant to deceive users who believed they were visiting a klebsite of the Ku Klux Klan, as "k-k-k.com" used to be a real website, with an animated GIF of the video, but cut.
In a copy of the website from 2011, there was a fake image disguised as a clip from "Family Guy" at the bottom of the page. If embedded on a profile or website (presumably on Myspace), an unsuspecting user could click it and be redirected to "k-k-k.com".
The site is configured so that any text appended to the URL (e.g, "k-k-k.com/something") will display the same content as the homepage. The site was later shut down, but can be accessed on the Wayback Machine.
