[Deleted video] is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on a channel with an empty name by user "angel404" in March 2nd, 2018.
The video's thumbnail depicts YouTube's old image for privated or deleted videos, deceiving the viewer into believing the video is already deleted, but can still be accessed by clicking on it. If this step is followed, the video will display an image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist, along with the same scream from The Maze. Over 100,000 viewers have been tricked with this technique.
