[Deleted video] is a screamer video uploaded by a YouTube channel with no name, but whose creator goes by the name "angel404" elsewhere.
The video's thumbnail is YouTube's old default thumbnail for private/deleted videos, tricking the viewer into thinking the video is already deleted but can still be accessed by clicking on it. However, when the video is clicked on, an image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up along with the same scream from The Maze. Over 100,000 viewers have been tricked so far with this technique.
