don't watch this video is a screamer video created and uploaded to YouTube by user kcaruana on July 21, 2006.
The video is based on the horror film The Ring and warns viewers that they will die in seven days after watching it. The video instructs viewers to increase the volume to hear a message and to pray for "survival" before showing a series of unsettling images that resemble the cursed videotape from the movie. The video then warns viewers that they will be doomed unless they read a special message to break the curse. However, when the word "message" appears, a close-up image of Regan MacNeil with Pazuzu's face visible from The Exorcist suddenly appears on the screen with a short, distorted scream, which is used in the screamer portion of Subliminal Music and Images.
