The video shows a man being brutally killed by a drug cartel. One of the cartel members cuts a bit of the man's lung out (while he’s most likely still alive) and takes a bite out of it. It's possible that the man being executed was a member of a rival cartel, and the killers in the video were members of JNGC (Jalisco New Generation Cartel).[1] It is unknown exactly when or where the video of the execution took place; It is also unknown who any of the men in the video are, similar to other notorious gore videos like FunkyTown and Hi (Narco Football).
