The site displays a drawing of a cat with the caption "this is a cat". There is text above it that tells the viewer to click on the image. If clicked, the viewer will be redirected to a page of the same cat drawing but containing different text under it saying "click me again". If the user clicks it, the website will take the browser into full-screen mode with a flashing image of Jeff the Killer (as used in [[Anne.jpg]]), accompanied by an extremely loud screech.
On March 25, 2023, the website celebrated its 1-year anniversary. The image changed, but the first-time clicking subpage remains the same.

The website also has Neocities ads at the bottom of the page. The creator's goal is to also gain 10,000 views.

Cool Cute Cat is a screamer website created with Neocities on March 25, 2022.

Disguised as a website featuring adorable felines, the top of the page prompts the viewer to accept the Terms of Service and share the site if they enjoy it. A cat drawing with the caption "this is a cat" greets the viewer, along with text urging them to click on the image. Clicking leads to a page with the same cat illustration, but with the instruction "click me again" below it. If the viewer clicks again, the website will abruptly switch to full-screen mode, displaying a flashing image of Jeff the Killer (used in Anne.jpg) and emitting a deafening screech. An alert message would also pop up in order for nobody to leave. Neocities ads are also present at the bottom of the page. The creator's ultimate objective is to reach 10,000 views.

On March 25, 2023, the website celebrated its 1-year anniversary. The image changed, but the first-time clicking subpage remains the same.
