The video with an approximate duration of 8 seconds (without counting the seconds of the eFukt logo) starts with a woman slowly removing a basketball from a transwoman's anus. The woman uses a piece of plexiglass with a small hole in it to help remove the ball slowly. While the ball is being removed, the woman can be heard grunting loudly. The ball then "pops" out of the anus a few seconds later. The camera then cuts to a zoomed-out shot right before cutting to the said website's logo.
The video has amassed over 1.5 million views on eFukt alone.
Another video with a longer duration was uploaded to the page el.shop.com and el.ladies.com on March 25, 2006, this one has a duration of 15 seconds and you can see how after extracting the ball the woman introduces the arm in the anus repeatedly.
Later the video was stored by the page threesixes.com within its gross videos section.
