Prior to March 13, 2020, the video at the center of the site was a medical recording of pork tapeworm cysts pressed from a human liver, and the two background images were a man having sex with a baby suffering from [[Harlequin Fetus|Harlequin Icthyosis]] (which was a prop as mentioned by the creator) and a man having sex with a corpse. Obok explains that both images were fake but were eventually removed because he didn't want people to think "it was a 'CP' site" and changed the flashing background image to a picture of a skinned dog hanging on a tree by its hind legs. At the time of the site's October 2020 update, the site's background image changed to the man with his face smashed in by a bear and worms inside a liver. The industrial screw video is still maintained.
