Mindreader was a Flash screamer game created and hosted by MJBDiver on his website Cinema du Comical Cartoon Calamities in 2004.
The game starts with a black background and a crystal ball that prompts the player to think of a number and then click on the ball. As soon as they click on the crystal ball, the animation will slowly zoom in, and a sentence appears that says "I read your mind and you know your number. Your number is...". Suddenly, an image of Toht with his face melting from Raiders of the Lost Ark appears, accompanied by a loud scream. When the screamer ends, the game goes back to the crystal ball, and the text now states "The crystal ball is never wrong" along with the play button.
