Project SCARE is a screamer video created and uploaded to YouTube by the user Tyler1090, who is known for uploading Illusion, Bunnies! and Mysterious Scary Dot. Notably, Project SCARE marked his third and final screamer in his chnnael.
The video begins with an introduction, showing viewers "real" surveillance footage from a hotel on October 9th, 1990, capturing a spooky presence. The footage reveals a man in a room that looks like an office, oddly displaying a date of 11/21/2005 on the "footage." After a quick pause, a woman in a wedding dress, likely representing the "ghost", appears beside and behind the man. The video then shifts to a series of flashing static screens, during which the man changes into a mysterious figure in a black suit with red eyes. At the same time, the original date on the footage is hidden by the words "October 9th, 1990." The video then goes back to where it was, although the date is now covered by scribbles.
