The video features a low-quality recording of a ''[https://www.mariowiki.com/Mario_Kart_Wii Mario Kart Wii]'' gameplay, where the player chooses [https://www.mariowiki.com/Funky_Kong Funky Kong] as the character to race on [https://www.mariowiki.com/Daisy_Circuit Daisy Circuit] in the [https://www.mariowiki.com/Mario_Kart_(series)#Modes_of_play Time Trial mode].
 
Funky Kong plays the course normally, but after coming out of the tunnel, he turns around and uses a Mushroom off of the small ledge on the right, in order to jump off of it with a speed boost. Right as Funky Kong crashes into an obstacle afterward, an image of [[Regan MacNeil]] from ''[[wikipedia:The Exorcist|The Exorcist]]'' pops up, accompanied by the same scream from [[The Maze]], which is played six times in a row. Text then appears on a blue background, reading "LoL..gotcha!", before the video ends.
 
The description in YouTube contains a warning for the screamer, which also states that an annotation was placed in the video for said purpose. This would no longer show up currently due to YouTube having discontinued the feature.
