The video starts on a black screen with the Indigo Interactive logo. It proceeds to the game's title screen, which shows Luigi from ''Super Mario Bros.'' and the title from said video. A warning screen appears detailing possible side effects from continuing, such as "organ failure, muscle spasms, and violent hallucinations". The player decides to continue anyway and selects "BEGIN".
The page displayed a flashing image of [[Jeff the Killer]] along with an ear-piercing, looping scream. This website used the same screamer as the infamous [[Anne.jpg]]. However, once the screamer reached its end, the page would redirect to "Cake Time", a blog website.

420yolo.com, used to be a screamer website back in 2013.
