Improved Kikia (you know Kikia!!!) was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by hotogainc2 on May 1st, 2007. The video begins with the classic Kikia scene, until the 12 second mark when an array of screamer images appear, including, but not limited to:
- The same screamer from Basement Ghost
- The ghost from Chris the Jack-o-Lantern
- Amy Peterson from Fright Night.
- The screamer from What's Wrong With This Picture?
- Crazy Ghost
- A negative image from Jingle Bells Reversed
- The K-fee zombie
- Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist
- A demon from the 1985 Italian horror movie Demons.
- A grayscaled image of a mummy without its wrappings. (This and the above come from Subliminal Music and Images)
- The banshee from The Fact About Sajjad Ali
- Pazuzu from The Exorcist
Subsequently, yellow text appears on screen saying “Kikia”, before the original Kikia screamer appears. The video concludes with purple and white text saying “Haha!”. This screamer amassed over 2 million views and was lost, before being found in December 2025.
