Anime Dance is a 32-second screamer video made by an unknown maker on an unknown date. The screamer is probably from 2022, since the first ever spotting of this video was on Discord, on June 16th, 2022.
The video begins with the intro of the Japanese Manga series, Lucky Star, with the audio being replaced with the song Out of Touch by Hall and Oates. After about less than two seconds, the video cuts to the Anne.jpg screamer. The scream is still loud even if it's on low volume. When played normally, the video also glitches by bouncing up and down when the screamer part appears. (When the video is viewed with fewer FPS, Anne.jpg just flashes like normal.)
