Animals skinned alive for Fur Trade is a shock video featured on the 16th level of Run the Gauntlet. The video was created by PETA, an animal protection company, to ban the supply and manufacture of fur in China.
The woman in the video is Olivia Munn, talking about the suffering of animals on a Chinese fur farm. The video was edited by the website runthegauntlet.org and shortened several times. Farm workers beat dogs with batons while they are in pain. Next, they show footage of a dog being skinned alive. The following shows footage of a raccoon dog.
According to Olivia Munn, these shots were shot by one of the researchers. Olivia Munn says that after they lose their skin, they still feel pain. Their hearts are still beating.
