The Zacatecas Flaying is a shock video made by Cartel Del Noreste that was uploaded to various social media on June 22, 2023, In the video, a member speaks a message then a few seconds later a man is being flayed while being heavily sedated. [1]

In the video, A victim is restrained and pinned to the ground. Carlights are used to light up the video. The victim is wearing a white shirt with the name of the La Linea Cartel. In the first 17 seconds, a verbal warning to rival cartels is said "This message goes out to the Jaliscas (CJNG), del Golfo (CDG), Cartel de Sinaloa (CDS), and especially the La Linea Cartel out of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Keep sending more dumbasses like this individual and this is how you will all end up. The state of Zacatecas is territory that belongs to the Northeast Cartel." As the message is being spoken, the cameraman goes torwards the victim. After this, the members pin the victim down by stepping on him and pulling his arms back. Then a member holding a butchers knife, begins to scalp the victim and blood starts to puddle to the ground. After a few seconds, the hair has been almost scalped out, they t start flaying the victim while removing the victims ears. The victim is then turned over by his back. Next, a member puts his boot onto the victims chest, the man calmly says "Stop stepping on my chest". The victim is left without any skin, the scalped hair and flayed skin is put onto his chest. The murder slits the victim's throat then his tongue is severed, the knife is put to his chest and his organs are exposed. The murder rips out the heart and shows the beating heart with silence until the heart stops beating.
