"grand theft auto San Andreas on Wii cheat codes" refers to a supposed screamer video uploaded to YouTube by an unknown user. It was mentioned on Reddit in the r/creepygaming subreddit by user "YoungDDrew", who estimated to have watched it in "around 2012-2013".

The video's title claimed to offer cheat codes for the non-existent Wii port of the action-adventure game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It started with a clip showing the protagonist, Carl Johnson, standing in front of a Pawn Shop with "some type of edm music or something similar" playing in the background. However, afterwards, the footage is suddenly interrupted by an image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist.

The video has yet to be found since YoungDDrew's post in 2024.
