The video starts with Rusty Cage sitting near a computer. He then clicks on the Goatse image (which is offscreen) and spits water onto his computer. It later cuts to Whang, who talks about how there were many ways in the late 90s to mid-00s that Internet users were taught the hard way about mindlessly clicking on an innocuous link, only for the link to go to a screamer or shock site. Following this, there are a few seconds of silence. Around the 0:30 mark, the same image from What's Wrong? pops up along with the same scream from The Maze. After this, the video continues as normal.
