Party Man is a shock site located on Encyclopedia Dramatica on 2011, it displays a white background and a image of baby with Harlequin Fetus disease standing on a couch with short, if you look at the bottom there is a text saying "Wanna dance, sweet-cheeks?", and if you look at bottom right corner there is a list of shock sites you can visit including 1Girl99Stomps and Delicious Cake
