A Ram Sam Sam is a shock video uploaded to Vimeo by user No name on March 18, 2023.

The video starts off with the song A Ram Sam Sam (speed up version) by Johnny Only. The song starts off as normal, but at the 10 second mark, multiple gore images and videos appear while the song continues to play in the background.

Images and videos included

• A video of a man shooting himself with a gun.
• An image of a man who committed suicide by helium.
• A video of a woman lighting herself on fire.
• An image from 1444.
• A man with some sort of back infection.
• A baby with harlequin ichthyosis standing on a couch with shorts, also known as Party Man.
• Four people dead in a car after a car crash.
• A man with a severe injury exposing the inside of his head.
• A man with no head.

The video was later removed from Vimeo, most likely for violating their Terms of Service.
