However, it is commonly assumed to be another shock image which went by a similar name; which was known as Hanging Around. The GIF was hosted on Gfycat and featured a man hanging by his testicles connected to a knot on a roof while spinning. Newer versions of the website redirected to walmartfun.com (established in 2008), which allegedly had a video of a man masturbating in a Walmart publicly while exposing himself indecently to others).
