Like any other maze games, the game requires the player to navigate through three mazes without touching the walls. If they touch the walls, they will be sent back to the beginning and have to start over. In the gameplay, to the left is a picture of a vectorized artwork of Pikwik Carson's original character, which is actually a recolor of Axel from ''Pikwik Pack''. As the instructions in the game suggest, the game tricks players into believing that, if they progress throughout the game without touching the walls, they can see the aforementioned character inflate, and it asks them to turn up their volume to hear the character's voice, which has been edited to have extremely low volume. The game's color scheme and sound effects are similar to that of [[Steady Hand]], and the game consists of 3 levels, along with a secret level. As the player progresses, the difficulty increases as the walls get smaller, forcing them to position themselves closer to the computer screen to concentrate on the dot. However, the game takes a surprising turn at the third level - always when the player is at the same spot on said level (3/4 of the way through), a picture of [[Crazy Ghost]] pops up, flashes, and zooms in and out on a red background along with a loud scream.

Inflate Carson Maze is a screamer game created on September 20, 2024 on Scratch by Whyyoulookingme (XxTheGreat12 on this wiki), who has also created two low-quality screamer projects in the past, such as Are these PFPs of mine stolen? and Find the irregularity. The game is aimed towards fans of Pikwik Carson, a person on the internet infamous for body inflation art involving child characters.

Like any other maze games, the game requires the player to navigate through three mazes without touching the walls. If they touch the walls, they will be sent back to the beginning and have to start over. In the gameplay, to the left is a picture of a vectorized artwork of Pikwik Carson's original character, which is actually a recolor of Axel from Pikwik Pack. As the instructions in the game suggest, the game tricks players into believing that, if they progress throughout the game without touching the walls, they can see the aforementioned character inflate, and it asks them to turn up their volume to hear the character's voice, which has been edited to have extremely low volume. This serves to increase the startle effect on unsuspecting players.

The game's color scheme and sound effects are similar to that of Steady Hand, and the game consists of 3 levels, along with a secret level. As the player progresses, the difficulty increases as the walls get smaller, forcing them to position themselves closer to the computer screen to concentrate on the dot. However, the game takes a surprising turn at the third level - always when the player is at the same spot on said level (3/4 of the way through), a picture of Crazy Ghost pops up, flashes, and zooms in and out on a red background along with the same scream that was used in Zoeken and Steady Hand. After the screamer, the picture teases the player for being scared while the Trololo Song starts to play in the background.
