The video asks the viewer to not look at the dot (hence the title), while some Tubular Bells music plays, However, after 22 seconds, a picture of a man with the sides of his jaw exploding out appears along with the same scream from The Maze, After this, the video then cuts into a picture of Pennywise laughing along with some text that they "fell for a joke this old", Finally, the video then displays some cards showing the uploader's other videos, which doesn't contain any screamers in this part.
There is some videos that uses the same bait and switch style like this screamer, it is called El Rubí Maldito.
