Death Screens and Various Other Errors is a video released on YouTube on April 22, 2012, by user TheDash456, in which errors and death screens are discussed.
There's a part in the first two minutes where Dash talks about the PS2's red screen. At 2:42, a picture of Regan MacNeil flashes with no sound other than Dash’s narration.
In the description, he explains that the source video for the RSOD included "a screamer". Not wanting Regan in his video, he attempted to cut it out but was not entirely successful. This is more than likely the source video he used.
