Scary Family Picture is an unnamed screamer GIF (commonly known as simply Family Picture)
There are 4 people in the picture; 3 of them are girls and the other is an adult woman. Nothing happens until a couple of seconds pass; The picture zooms into the girl at the bottom, (the youngest of them all) and her face becomes monstrous with sharp teeth and red eyes.
