The Scary Red Dot is a screamer video created by a user lordofire68, the video is very similar to Mysterious Scary Dot.
The videos starts out with the dot on a black background, the dot gets smaller and smaller as the video progress in 5 – 6 seconds, the dot started to disappear, at which point a grayscale, shaking image of Regan MacNeil appears along with the same scream from The Maze.
Some white text also appears in the bottom left reading "www.Winnarr.com", perhaps a mirror of the infamous flash game: "Scary Maze Game", According to the description the creator of the video was originally NINJAMONKEY6751.
