Topkek.co is a screamer webpage created and hosted by Unknown maker. when the domain is entered will display a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer with extremely loud screech (or Anne.jpg), the website is not really well-known until it was frequently spammed on 4chan's /b/ board. some users say it also downloads extremely dangerous malware.
