The game consists of a maze displayed on a gray background, with a black path that players must guide a dot through using their cursor. The player can advance to the next level which can be achieved by reaching a red button that serves as the goal at the end of each level. The first level presents a few narrow corners, which differs from the typical maze game design. The second level introduces even narrower and more twisted-like corners, including a diagonal shortcut. In the third level, the maze turns into a darker color scheme, but players can utilize a flashlight to navigate. The fourth and final level features extremely narrow corners and an extremely thin, challenging shortcut. However, upon reaching halfway through this level, an image of  ''[[Wikipedia:Rawhead Rex (film)|Rawhead Rex]]'' from the titular film with the same name abruptly appears, accompanied by a looping scream sound.
