Amigos tontos (Idiot Friends) is a screamer video uploaded by a user "panterAzull" on October 26, 2009. the video has over 2 million views.
The video is a montage of images depicting Patrick and SpongeBob with a Spanish-dubbed version of the entire song called Idiot Friends (from SpongeBob episode Pest of the West) playing (hence the name), only to be interrupted by a picture of Regan MacNeil of The Exorcist along with a high-pitched, loud scream.
