Really Scary Pop Up is a screamer video uploaded by YouTube user passedfart in October 14, 2007.
Video
The video shows a low quality picture of an abandoned room while various sounds play, which seem to be static and a microphone being tapped: the "Unregistered HyperCam 2" watermark is also seen on the top left corner of the screen. After about 16 seconds, a picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist appears with the same scream from The Maze.
