The video is about a challenge where five people have to eat 100 Twinkies in 10 minutes while answering questions. Shortly after, Fousey was asked to prank the others. At 3:26, a picture of Pennywise from the 1990 miniseries IT pops up and zooms in, along with the same scream from The Maze. Afterward, the video then continues normally.
