This video gained notoriety after being mentioned by a YouTube channel called Lutch Green in a video that lists disturbing things that the viewer should not search on Google, including 3 Guys 1 Hammer.

The video depicts a bound topless girl sitting on a chair while three girls put mucus and saliva into the bound girl's mouth. The beginning of the video shows a close-up of the bound girl with mucus dripping all over her. The three girls continue to put even more saliva and mucus on her face and mouth. Later, they let her lie down on the floor and vomit all over her.

The video was produced by the well-known company MFX Media and stars the well-known actress Latifa in the company of Raquel, Leslie and Mary Castro. The video, of course, can be seen on sites featuring scat and vomit fetish videos, such as Heavy R.
