'''Rabailkal Hypnotic Experiment No. 1''', also known as '''The Spot''', was the first in a series of two flash [[screamers]]. It claims to be a genuine experiment, actually trying to hypnotize the viewer. The instructions advise viewers to dim the lights in their room to make the experiment work, which in reality serves to maximize the scare factor of the [[screamer]].

The game makes the player believe they can be hypnotized by focusing on a spinning orange spiral. After a couple of seconds have passed, a calm voice will start talking. A short while later, a zoom-in picture of a full glowing monster face with a red filter pops up along with a loud roar. After the [[screamer]], which has to click the button to start again, a picture of a full glowing monster face with a red filter pops up again along with the same roar.  The German-language version of this screamer exists, which can be chosen at the beginning of the Flash animation when the viewer is asked to select their language. While the introductory text at the beginning is mostly a direct translation of the English text, the sentence that's repeatedly chanted during the experiment is also a different one.
