The ~~Flash disguises itself~~ as a PSA against screamers, ~~including lines such as~~ "There are enough ~~screamers out~~ on the ~~Internet~~ to scare the population of Luxembourg." On the ~~fifth~~ page, however, a ~~scary~~ face with ~~a pinch/punch~~ effect ~~on the~~ eyes ~~and~~ mouth ~~will appear,~~ with a short "Raaah!" before the ~~replay~~ button ~~appears, saying~~, "Working together, we can all stop scary flash."

The animation is disguised as a public announcement (PSA) against the screamers. In the animation, it was pointed out that internet users are against the screamers. When the player clicks the button, the animation shows a line of text saying: "The internet is in serious trouble" and others saying: "There are enough screams on the internet to scare the population of Luxembourg".

On the seventh page, however, a creepy face appears with the effect of "pinching my eyes / punching my mouth" along with a short "Raaah!" before the play button shows up and says, "Working together, we can all stop scary flash."
