The video is only four seconds longs, and starts off with a brief clip of Elmo doing a Canadian destroyer. Immediately at 0:01, a picture of Sinistar from the arcade game Sinistar pops up with the same scream from The Maze. The video was deleted because the creator's account was terminated for an unknown reason.
Similar to Wilkins Coffee Commercial Made 1000000 Times Scarier, DiscoverGuy1999 made a variation of the screamer on April 26, 2023. It starts off with what he thinks to be the original source, followed by the same screamer he used in the previous one.
