Scream in the Night, also known as Scream.swf and Scream.html, was a screamer animation created by MJBDiver, for his website Cinema du Comical Cartoon Calamities.
The animation starts with black text on a black background: "Cinema du Comical Cartoon Calamities presents", a fake "Loading..." message, and large red text that says "A Scream in the Night". After about 20 seconds, a black and white image of a monster with large black eyes and a wide mouth blinks for a second, accompanied by a strange and loud scream.
