Meatspin, also known as Spin.gif, is an animated GIF file depicting an act of anal sex between two men. One man is seated, while the other is sitting on his lap. The man on top is moving up and down, causing his penis to spin in a clockwise direction. On February 2 2006, the creator of the original site "Meatspin.com" created another site called [[Meatspinnetwork.com]] that hosted several other shock web pages. Most of these ideas where user requests.

Goatse.cx, also known as Hello.jpg or simply Goatse, was the first bait and switch shock site. The front page of goatse.cx originally displayed a large centre image of a man widely stretching his anus with his hands. The Goatse marathon is a .zip file that consists of several images of the same man (who was later identified to be Kirk Johnson) inserting large butt plugs and dildos into his anus. That one such image featured on the front page of the site was originally labeled "gap3.jpg". The site was taken down by the NIC .cx authority in January 2004. Goatse.cx is now a blockchain website.  

Last measure was an infamous shock site made by the internet trolling group [[Gay Nigger Association of America]], which had an open source code which allowed anyone to make their own variant. The site initially displayed the Hello.jpg image, then opened several browser window tabs that showed other shock pictures such as [[Lemon Party|Lemonparty]], [[Pillowfight]], and [[Tubgirl|TubGirl]], along with medical photographs taken from Wikipedia. A script on the source code, taken from the infamous Offiz trojan (commonly known as "You are an idiot") caused the browser windows to bounces around the screen, accompanied by audio of a man screaming "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Uj8p6GNIRY Hey everybody, I'm looking at gay porno!]" The site also attempted to forward its address through your e-mail application. Previous versions utilized javascript.

The site once had a link that stated "click here to wash your eyeballs", which led to an image of a kitten. In addition, there was also another link below that lead to the "Official lemonparty chatroom".

2 Girls 1 Cup is possibly the most infamous shock video of all time. The video was a one minute trailer for a scat pornographic film titled ''Hungry Bitches'', produced by MFX Media. The video depicts 2 two lesbian women, Karla and Latifa, kissing each other while half topless, followed by scenes of Latifa defecating into a cup. They then eat and lick the feces from the cup and vomit into each other's mouths. The song Lover's Theme by Hervé Roy plays through the video. There are multiple websites that hosted this video, including some that played "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley, ''Mortal Kombat'' music, or "Sandstorm" by Darude.

Kekma.net, formerly ''Kekma.ga'' was a shock site created on 23 April 2019. The main page of the site contained a black background surrounding a big rectangular box with a warning sign stating the website contains dark, adult humor unsuitable for children, with a large black button that says ENTER. Below this box was an image that lead to the kekma community portal, stumpgrinder.info. After the enter button was clicked, the site would play a video of a man squatting in a bathtub inserting a large industrial screw into his urethra. The background of the page would change to a flashing background cutting into two pictures; an image of a man with his face smashed in, and an image of worms being squeezed from a liver, accompanied by two extremely loud audios of people screaming (scream.mp4, and rape.mp4).  

Kekma.ga was shut down for violating the registrar's terms of service, and the site moved to the domain kekma.xyz before moving to its current url kekma.net, which now contains now graphic content.

*'''Don't Watch Us''' - Don't Watch Us is a shock site showing a pornographic GIF of a woman giving oral sex while semen pours out of her mouth in slow-motion. The name and slowing down is similar to [[Do Not Watch]].
