In the video, the man was told to rap the sentences that were written on the paper handed to him and the judges were given a copy of the Declaration of Independence and they will try to follow along with the lines. There is a "planetvideos.com" watermark in the corner that will remain on the screen for the duration of the video. The video audio was very low so the viewer turned up the volume to hear it.
The video is a clip from what appears to be a talent show; the clip has a "planetvids.com" watermark at its bottom right corner and presents itself as having a very small resolution (by leaving a lot of black, unused space around the video itself) as well as extremely low audio volume. Both of these characteristics are there to trick the viewer; the description in fact encourages users to turn up the volume.

After a while, the man starts "rapping", only to be interrupted by a zombie from the [[K-fee commercials]]. In this particular video, the jumpscare is repeated five times before it cuts to a black screen while someone whispers: "K-fee......".
In the show, a man is going to rap the Declaration of Independence; the judges have each been given a copy of the document, and their challenge is to follow the rapper along. After the host is done presenting the show, the man begins to perform, though no intelligible words can be heard in his "rapping". At 28 seconds, the video suddenly gets interrupted by the zombie from the [[K-fee commercials|K-fee "Car" commercial]]. It fills up all of the previously black area previously unused by the clip, and loops into itself to play for a total of five times. The ending of the car commercial follows, with the heartbeat and the voice whispering "K-fee". The screamer part of the video, instead of being at "normal" volume levels, has also been edited to be very loud by itself, meaning that viewers who turn the volume up to compensate for the initial quietness of the video will get a screamer twice as loud.

Fastest Rapper In The World is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by xplicitsk on May 26, 2007.

In the show, a man is going to rap the Declaration of Independence; the judges have each been given a copy of the document, and their challenge is to follow the rapper along. After the host is done presenting the show, the man begins to perform, though no intelligible words can be heard in his "rapping". At 28 seconds, the video suddenly gets interrupted by the zombie from the K-fee "Car" commercial.
